Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using One Insider, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Platform Purpose

One Insider is a community platform for college students in the Karamsad, Anand, and Vallabh Vidyanagar and other region. Its purpose is educational, social, and community-oriented.

User Conduct

By using One Insider, you agree NOT to:

• Post content that harasses, threatens, or defames any individual.
• Share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, photos) of other people without their consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or illegal content.
• Spam, flood, or abuse any section of the platform.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or damage the platform in any way.
• Use the platform to conduct illegal activities.

Anonymous Content

While One Insider allows anonymous submissions, this does not mean users are exempt from legal or ethical accountability. Anonymous does not mean consequence-free. Admins reserve the right to delete any content that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

All design, code, and branding of One Insider is the property of its creator. Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant One Insider a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

Disclaimers

One Insider is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of information, or the content submitted by users. The platform is student-operated and may experience downtime.

Limitation of Liability

One Insider and its creator shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or financial loss.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
