STRICT PROHIBITION ON PRIVATE DISPUTES, CALLS & DMs: If you recognize someone, or if your name or reference is mentioned in any anonymous confession, you have ZERO RIGHT, legal basis, or permission to initiate any dispute, argument, confrontation, or intimidation via Direct Message (DM), WhatsApp, phone call, or external contact. All matters must be settled exclusively through the formal legal takedown procedure outlined below.

1. Zero-Tolerance for Vigilantism, Contacting Posters, or Interrogation

One Insider operates an anonymous community expression forum designed for student discourse. If any published confession mentions, hints at, or references you, an acquaintance, or any individual:

No Direct Message (DM) Harassment: You are strictly forbidden from messaging suspected posters, platform contributors, or student representatives on Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or any social media channel to create disputes or make demands.
No Phone Calls or In-Person Confrontations: Reaching out via telephone calls, voice notes, SMS, or physical campus confrontations is deemed targeted harassment.
No Cyberbullying or Witch-Hunts: Creating counter-posts, threats of physical harm, defamatory stories, or launching peer witch-hunts will be treated as aggravated cyberbullying.

2. The Exclusive Legal Remedy: Formal Takedown & Deletion

If you feel aggrieved, defamed, or object to your name or reference appearing in any confession, the confession can and will be promptly deleted if requested through the proper legal and official administrative channel.

Step 1: Formal Request

Send a written takedown notice to our designated platform email at zyroxstudioz@gmail.com with subject [Confession Deletion Request].

Step 2: Required Details

Specify the exact Confession ID, URL/screenshot, the specific sentence or name in question, and a brief statement verifying your identity or connection to the mention.

Step 3: Fast Deletion

Upon receipt of a legitimate grievance request, the administrative moderation council reviews and permanently deletes the confession from the live database and backup records within 24 hours.

The record is expunged cleanly without drama, conflict, or public embarrassment for any involved party.

1. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

By accessing or utilizing any service of One Insider, you explicitly covenant that you shall not:

One Insider acts strictly as an online intermediary and platform host under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. One Insider does not pre-screen all third-party user-generated content and holds no liability for individual expressions, opinions, or forum messages. Upon receiving a valid, bona fide grievance or takedown notice via official channels, the platform acts swiftly to remove offending items.

3. Enforceable Legal Action

We maintain comprehensive digital forensic audit logs, including cryptographic timestamps, network trace identifiers, and interaction receipts. Any unauthorized breach attempt, defamation campaign, blackmail, or harassment will be met with immediate legal notices, police cyber cell complaints, and institutional disciplinary escalation.

2. Storage & Client-Side Local Data

Your personal tasks, custom notes, theme preferences, and calculator values reside directly within your physical device's browser LocalStorage and sessionStorage. They are not transmitted to or harvested on remote servers, keeping your daily workflow completely private.

3. Law Enforcement Cooperation

While we defend student privacy vigorously, One Insider does not harbor criminals. If a user utilizes the platform to issue violent threats, bomb scares, sexual extortion, or illegal cyber-attacks, we will fully cooperate with competent judicial courts and law enforcement authorities pursuant to valid legal process.

3. Zyrox Arena & Gaming Tournaments

Tournament registrations, esports competitions, and hackathon leaderboards enforce strict anti-cheat regulations. Any fraudulent participation results in instant disqualification.
